The hotel was in a great central location, right on the pedestrian zone and close to the Europa Therme. The room was spacious and had a large terrace that provided a nice view. the breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was some noise from the main street throughout the day and early morning, which could be a bit disruptive. , there was an issue with the reception upon arrival, as we were not able to enter the hotel due to miscommunication.

We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, right across from the Europa Therme. Our spacious room had all the amenities we needed, including a big terrace. The staff was extremely friendly and the service was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the option to park for free in the secure parking garage underneath the hotel. we felt pampered and comfortable during our stay.
This hotel is highly recommended for families looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of the town, just a stone's throw away from the Europa Therme. the spacious rooms with big terraces offer a comfortable stay, and the staff is friendly and helpful.
The noise from the main street can be a bit bothersome, especially in the early morning.

The hotel had spacious rooms with comfortable beds and a large wardrobe for storage. the underground parking was a bonus, and it was great to have a trolley available for transporting luggage. the location was perfect, right in the center of town and close to all the main attractions.
There was some noise from the street, especially in the early mornings, but that's to be expected when staying in a central location. It would be better to request a room facing the garden if you prefer a quieter stay.
